Google has opened the first quarterly beta version of Android 13. The developers, who examined the codes of the new operating system, revealed Google’s new products. A foldable Pixel phone and a tablet marked “Pro” appeared.
Foldable Google Pixel and Pro tablet may be on the way
Images shared by software developer Kuba Wojciechowski revealed the foldable Pixel model with the code name Felix. Google discussed Felix’s camera system in its folded and unfolded states in Android 13 codes. He said the foldable Pixel will have a dual camera setup like the Galaxy Z Fold.
According to Kuba Wojciechowski’s tweet, the new Pixel model includes a 64 Megapixel Sony IMX787 main camera and a secondary camera with a 10.8 Megapixel Samsung S5K3J1 telephoto lens. The device, codenamed Felix, has the Samsung S5K3J1 sensor on the front. Finally, it has an 8 Megapixel Sony IMX355 sensor inside.
Wojciechowski also uncovered a tablet codenamed “t6pro” or “tangorpro”. It should be noted that an official Pixel tablet model was announced at the Google I/O event held earlier this year, but the details have not been shared yet.
Earlier, developers leaked a tablet with Google’s codenames “t6” and “tangor”. Shares of Wojciechowski showed that a much more powerful Pro model is on the way. So Google may be developing two Pixel tablets.
Google continues to renew the Pixel family. The launch date has been given for the Google Pixel Watch, Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. According to the statement from the company, the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro launch date is set as October 6. We don’t expect to see the tablet or the foldable Pixel at the event.
