Introducing the highly anticipated Pixel 6 series in the past weeks, Google presented its phones equipped with a brand new design and high-end processor to users. Intimidating its rivals with its Tensor processor, Google also managed to attract attention with the camera of the new Pixel series.

However, the problems experienced by the giant manufacturer on its new smartphones do not end for a moment. Having failed in quality control for years, Google has started to receive some complaints about the Pixel 6 series, too.

Pixel 6 series is experiencing display issues

The new Pixel 6 series has started to be delivered to users since last week. Users, who stated that the devices were successful in their first experience, said that they now have strange screen problems. According to complaints on various platforms, both Pixel 6 Pro faces screen flickering when the power button is pressed while it is turned off. The video below shows how the problem occurred.

On the other hand, Pixel 6, the standard model of the series, is also facing a similar problem. The green screen problem, which is usually experienced by new phones on the market, has started to be seen in the Pixel 6 model this time. This problem, which is often experienced with OLED screens, will probably be resolved with a new update.

We may have seen the above problems many times before. However, another problem in Pixel 6 Pro caused controversy among users. Because, as seen in the video below, Google’s upper segment model surprisingly has a second hole problem. The user, who thought that this problem was caused by a dead pixel, took the phone to service. Google, on the other hand, found the user right and made the device change.

Currently, Google’s flagships are experiencing display problems, as seen above. While the company has not yet made a statement on this issue, it thinks that the problem is probably caused by the software. We anticipate that the new updates to be released in the coming days will eliminate all these problems. However, it is worth noting that the dead pixel problem is caused by hardware.
