
Google, which facilitates the removal of personal information from the search results, updated the “results about your results”. Now users can save their names and contact information to Google. This information is sent to the user when the search results are detected and the removal request can be sent directly.
This feature, which can only be accessed only through the Google application, has now been made more visible on desktop and mobile platforms. Users clicking on the three -point menu in the search results can quickly transmit their requests with the “Remove this result” option. Google also offers additional information on which content can be deleted.
The new system has three types of lifting. First, demands for the protection of personal information; In particular, it includes unauthorized shared (Doxing) data. Second, legal requests for copyright violations or illegal content. The third, on the other hand, allows the content to be scanned if an updated or removed web page continues to appear in the old form in Google Search.
For now, this feature, which can be used in the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, France, Sweden, Thailand, India and Indonesia, will soon become active in more countries.
