The most striking products of I/O 2022 were Android 13, Pixel 6a, Pixel 7 series and Pixel Watch. But these are not the only things the company is working on.
Known for always investing in the future, Google finally shared its new technologies that will bring people all over the world together with its fans. Augmented reality glasses, which broke the language barriers and brought together all the people in the world, attracted the most attention.
Glasses with instant translation from all languages are coming from Google
Automatic translation systems are becoming more and more popular every day. Technologies that provide this to users, even by voice, are actively used today. However, taking things one step further, Google combines the feature in question with augmented reality.
Working on a new augmented reality glasses, the company will provide you with real-life subtitle support in its simplest form. The glasses, which listen to the person in front of you with the microphones on it, will understand the spoken language and provide its translation and present it to you with augmented reality technology.
It is not yet known when or how much the product, which is still under development, will be released. Still, it looks like a product that can attract the attention of users and break the language barrier in the world. It seems that in these times when everyone is working on the Metaverse and virtual universes, Google’s plans are mostly to increase access to technology in the universe we live in.
