Parent company Meta aims to provide a better experience to its users with various improvements. Now the company is addressing a problem that has plagued users for a long time: lack of customer service. According to the emerging reports, a Meta customer service section is coming to help users.
Meta will prevent empty accounts with customer service
According to Bloomberg’s reports, Meta aims to assist users whose ‘posts or accounts have been unexpectedly removed’. For this, it establishes the customer service department to support users.
Many Meta users face the problem of having their posts or accounts removed for no reason at all. Finally, the company, which listens to its users, is not clear when the solution it offers for this problem will be in use. Therefore, this service of the company seems to be still in the planning stage.
The company’s customer service plan was fueled by the Oversight Board, which handled users’ requests to appeal the company’s content decisions. Earlier, the board warned that the company should be transparent in its communication with its users.
With the new service, it will be possible to communicate directly with users. Thus, the problems experienced by many users can be avoided. In addition, users who lost their accounts through attacks and unfair account suspensions will solve their problems.
In particular, users who have recently lost accounts unfairly face very few solutions to find a solution. Meta will have an appeal, and while there are automated tools, it’s hard to come to a conclusion thanks to these processes.
Despite all this, thanks to customer service support, Instagram and Facebook users will eventually reach a Meta-approved resource. The company has not yet shared any information about how this service will work.
