Blizzard confirms: Diablo 4 is coming
Spending and future plans were partially revealed when Blizzard released its first quarter reports of this year. Thanks to the reports, Blizzard also shared information about the development of Diablo 4. The game was announced in 2019, and despite being a high-profile game for the company, there weren’t many details about the progression. Blizzard has confirmed that “internal testing of Diablo 4 is ongoing across the company” to address the disappointment of fans who have long waited for the fourth installment in the action RPG series.
In the continuation of the same statement, it was shared that the development phase of Overwatch 2 was going well. Overwatch 2 has already started to be played in beta, and we are aware that the process has reached an important stage. Diablo 4 is much more obscure in this regard. However, with the last statement, we learned that at least it is still being developed.
There is no definite information about when Diablo 4 will be released. However, we do not expect it to appear in a short time. Activision Blizzard’s change of hands and joining Microsoft may cause a change in the process.
