RTX 3060 Ti is renewed with GDDR6X memories!
As is known, Nvidia announced new versions of the RTX 3060 and RTX 3060 Ti models last month, equipped with 8GB of GDDR6X memory. Now, leaks from China are reported that the new RTX 3060 Ti model will replace the main version with GDDR6 memory. According to MyDrivers, the tech giant plans to gradually replace and eventually cancel the RTX 3060 Ti GDDR6 version.
Going into details, the RTX 3060 Ti, updated with GDDR6X memory, will offer a 35 percent higher bandwidth compared to the current version. In terms of pricing, we can say that Nvidia will delight users. The new card is expected to have a similar price tag as the main version. In addition, new updates to the RTX 3060 series may indicate that we should wait longer for the RTX 4060 series.
