As reported, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5, which opened for pre-order in South Korea on August 1, reached a total of 1.02 million pre-orders, breaking a new record in the foldable phone market. It should be noted that this figure surpassed the previous record of 970,000 recorded by Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4.
Galaxy Z Flip 5 was the most preferred model by users. So much so that it is stated to constitute 70 percent of the total pre-orders. At this point, Galaxy Z Flip 5 has managed to increase its share of 60 percent last year by 10 percent. Fold 5, on the other hand, had a 30 percent share of total sales.
