The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra recently appeared in the Geekbench database; Details about the processor and battery capacity have emerged. The new leak focuses on the amount of memory and storage of the tablet.The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will be available in three versions: 8GB RAM 128GB storage, 12GB RAM 256GB storage and 16GB RAM 512GB storage. It is not yet clear whether the storage space can be increased with a microSD card. The 128GB entry-level model will be UFS 3.1, while the 256GB and 512GB model will be UFS 4.0. This is because there are currently no 128GB UFS 4.0 storage chips from Samsung.
The Galaxy Tab S9 series will come with the customized Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor found in Galaxy S23 phones. All three models will have IP67 certification showing water and dust resistance. It is said that for the flat Galaxy Tab S9 model, it will switch from the LCD panel to the AMOLED panel, offering a slightly larger battery capacity.
