Galaxy Tab Active 5 is coming soon
For those who missed it, Galaxy Tab Active 5 will be the successor of the Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro, which was introduced in September 2022. Today’s leak shows that the tablet will be available in two different versions. These will be the Wi-Fi variant (SM-X300) and the 5G model (SM-X306B). It looks like Samsung will only include the basic version instead of Pro.
Coming to the specific details of the Galaxy Tab Active 5, it is likely to offer water and dust resistance (IP68), drop protection, and resistance to harsh conditions such as altitude, temperature, vibration and humidity. At the heart of the tablet will be the Exynos 1380 chipset paired with 128GB storage and 6GB RAM.
Tab Active 5 is expected to retain S-Pen support as in previous series. It will be powered by a 4,900mAh battery with 15W charging support. However, it is stated that it has a replaceable battery design. What we know about the tablet is limited to these for now. To remember, the Tab Active 4 Pro, introduced last year, was offered to users with a 10.1 inch LCD screen, Snapdragon 778G chipset, 13MP rear, 8MP front camera and 7,600mAh battery.
