Galaxy S26 Ultra will make a difference with its new camera feature!

Samsung, Galaxy S26 ultra model is preparing to bring back the aperture opening feature. According to the latest information, the company is expected to offer this feature only on the main camera. The variable diaphragm will adjust the amount of light entering the camera symptom and achieve better results in different shooting scenarios.

Galaxy S26 Ultra can stand out with its new camera feature

Samsung first used this technology in the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ models. At that time, the phones had a double diaphragm mechanism that could switch between f/1.5 and f/2.4. The F/1.5 aperture helped to take brighter and clearer photos under low light conditions, while the f/2.4 diaphragm offered sharper images in daylight.

This feature was also included in the Galaxy S10 series, but it was removed with the Galaxy S20. Samsung is planning to bring back this technology with the Galaxy S26 Ultra. However, it is not clear whether Samsung will offer a full variable aperture like the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, or whether it will provide only two fixed diaphragm opening as in the Galaxy S9.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra will contain important updates not only with aperture control, but also on camera sensors. Samsung introduced a telephoto camera that offers a 50 MP resolution of 5x optical zoom in the Galaxy S24 Ultra. With the Galaxy S25 Ultra, the resolution of the ultra wide -angle camera was increased to 50 MP. The Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to be updated with a 50 MP sensor.

Considering Samsung’s approach to the development of camera technologies, the variable diaphragm feature can significantly increase the photo and video performance of the Galaxy S26 Ultra. So what do you think about this? You can share your opinions with us in the comments section below.
