Now that the leaks about Samsung’s flagship launches for 2022 are over, the rumors are now focused on the 2023 series. The Galaxy S23 series will be the first flagship launch of the new year. With less than four months to 2023, it’s no surprise that rumors of the Galaxy S23 are now starting to arrive.
According to recent rumors, the Galaxy S23 Ultra update may be the most boring update of all time, at least in the design department. It is claimed that the company will not make any changes in the design in the new version. So, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will look pretty much the same as its predecessor.
@UniverseIce, known for Samsung leaks on Twitter, suggested that the size of the Galaxy S23 Ultra will remain the same, it will also use a 6.8-inch 3088 x 1440 resolution screen and a 5,000 mAh battery, and its thickness will be 8.9 millimeters.
Considering that the Galaxy S22 Ultra comes with significant design changes, this is not surprising. We already predicted that the Galaxy S23 Ultra would not push the boundaries in terms of design, since a major design change was made last year. But it looks like there will be changes under the hood. The device is expected to have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset along with One UI 5.1. There are also rumors that a 200-megapixel camera is used for the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Samsung could also use a newer in-display fingerprint sensor.
Samsung is not expected to launch the Galaxy S23 series until February next year. So we still have a long way to go before we can come to any conclusions about the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
