Galaxy Buds 2 got 360-degree audio support with the new update

Introduced last year, Galaxy Buds 2 offers many features of Galaxy Buds Pro to users at a much lower price. Galaxy Buds 2, which is seen as the sequel to Samsung’s much loved Galaxy Buds +, is getting very close to Galaxy Buds Pro with a new update.

Galaxy Buds 2 includes many Pro features, including active noise cancellation, but 360-degree audio support remained exclusive to Galaxy Buds Pro. It seems that Samsung has changed its mind on this issue. The newly released update for Galaxy Buds 2 brings 360-degree audio support. The update with version R177XXU0AVC8 has 3MB download size and brings “cinema-like” audio support. In addition, the update improves call quality and fixes Bluetooth connection problems.
