The first criticism we encounter when we move on to bad comments is a situation that directly affects driving safety. According to drivers who have experienced the vehicle with the new steering wheel, the steering wheel can get out of control, especially at high speeds.
A comment from a female driver is that the steering wheel is difficult to hold for relatively small hands. Also, another driver says he has pain in his hands after driving for 3 hours. So there seems to be serious problems with the steering wheel ergonomically.
Another important issue is that the signal arm is no longer available. In order to be a practical solution, the touch signal buttons positioned on the steering wheel cause confusion and distraction for drivers.
Drivers say that it is not possible to find the buttons without taking their eyes off the road, and it is difficult to determine which button will point in which direction according to the direction of the steering wheel.
