Sam Bankman-Fried, CEO of FTX cryptocurrency exchange, said he sees Solana (SOL) as Ethereum (ETH)’s strongest competitor.

The CEO of FTX thinks in an interview with Forbes that he sees Solana as Ethereum’s strongest competitor, but his reputation has been damaged by some media reports.

FTX CEO:

To be fair, with the bad news, I can say that Solana is currently the least valued token.

Technologically, there was a lot to work on, but only two-thirds of it has now been done. I think the remaining one-third will be worked on. What people overlook with Solana specific is that every time you test the limits of the network there is a problem. If any blockchain attempted to do this, its network would be unusable. This is the right way to review and identify what should be improved. Of course, I wish the problems had been resolved earlier, which would have been better. However, it is the right way to see what and how much you can push in terms of blockchain development.

The CEO added that his views on Solana are purely personal and not any investment advice. At the time of writing, Solana is trading at $40. Solana’s current price is as follows:
