Microsoft has announced a preview version of the Lists app designed for small businesses and individual use with a Microsoft account. The first 200 thousand people who apply with a Microsoft account will be able to try Microsoft Lists – MSA Preview for free.

Unable to use all features of Lists app

Microsoft says that the preview version doesn’t have all the functionality of the Lists app, only the basic tools are offered. It’s also not available for iOS and Android apps. However, the preview version comes with some new features like tabbed views and the ability to add inline images.

Those who want to use the trial version will also face some limitations. Have a limit of 2,000 items per list and can create up to 50 lists. There is also a 200MB limit for files, videos and images that can be uploaded to each listing.

Lists, a task management and to-do list application introduced in 2020, allows users to create and manage various lists and share these lists across their devices and with colleagues. It also offers ease of use with its many ready-made templates.
