Michael Chobanian, founder of Ukrainian crypto exchange KUNA, claimed that Binance is working with the Russian government despite global sanctions.
In an interview with CoinDesk, Chobanian said that Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao needs to decide where to stop in his relations with Russia.
