Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho (Ronaldo de Assis Moreira) has signed a deal with Canadian blockchain company New World. New World Inc., a subsidiary of Graph Blockchain, will work with Ronaldinho to assist NFT and altcoin initiatives. Details are on Kriptokoin.com.
Ronaldinho to assist NFT initiatives
The 41-year-old retired Brazilian football player is assisting in the company’s efforts to build an NFT platform. As a result, Ronaldinho will organize special events and NFT experiences for his millions of fans. He will cooperate closely with the founding partner of the company, Diogo Snow, for the coming periods. In his statements regarding the partnership, Ronaldinho states:
I am aware of the power I have over my followers and communicating with them has always been a priority for me, which is why I have decided to become New World’s ambassador around the world. The expansion of the NFT market worldwide has been incredible, and this platform allows fans to connect with their favorite athletes, musicians and celebrities like never before. Graph Blockchain, the deal has been extremely beneficial for his company. He happily expressed that the Brazilian footballer’s “extraordinary fan base” could push New World “to the next level”. As part of the deal, the firm will issue four million common shares subject to regulatory approval, including the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).
Altcoin market welcomes Neymar
Another Brazilian football legend, Neymar takes the stage to support the cryptocurrency. The PSG player paid 159.99 ETH for Bored Ape 6633 last month. This was worth roughly $480,000 at the time of purchase. In Neymar’s digital collection, a monkey wears a birthday cap, elegant glasses and a black tuxedo. He also changed his Twitter profile picture.
This was not Netmar’s first NFT purchase. Neymar also owns a cryptocurrency, Ape 5269, which he bought for around 190 ETH. It also has other NFT collections like ACESnikers, Flipped BAYC, Flipped CryptoPunks, and Flipped Doodles.
