Unlike Apple, Samsung was one of the early leaders of the foldable phone market. Although Huawei and Xiaomi are also the pioneers of the foldable phone market, a foldable iPhone design idea still has not come from the Apple front.
Technology giant Apple has not made a statement about whether it will officially release a foldable phone as of now. A lot of claims have been made on this subject so far, but as of today, the famous designer shared his own design for the foldable phone. Here are the details…
Hopeful report on foldable phones!
Here is the foldable iPhone prototype
Antonia de Rosa, the famous designer named the foldable phone design iPhone Air. De Rosa sees a powerful device powered by the 5nm Apple M1 chip carrying 16 billion transistors. The M1 chip powers the latest iPad Pro series and was developed by Apple to replace the Intel processors that drive some Mac computers.
Although it is estimated that Apple has yet to test foldable phones, it is also known to investigate the reactions to foldable phones sold by Samsung. When we examined the iPhone Air prototype, we observed that there were no ports on the phones. The portless phone design is not new to Apple. It’s a design that former head of design Jony Ive sought but failed to achieve before leaving Cupertino.
When we look at the notch part, we can see that the notch has not been removed, but its shape has changed. Although there is no explanation for the design with its battery, we cannot expect such a processor to come with an unpowered battery.
The foldable iPhone prototype, designed with 4 color options, is available in pistachio green, silver, purple and anthracite. On the back of the phone, 3 cameras are positioned, as in the Pro Max and Pro models in the 12 and 13 families. The screen is placed on the right side of the cameras, reminiscent of Samsung’s Z Flip 3 model.
How did you find the foldable phone model of Apple designed by the designer? Do you think Apple will introduce a foldable phone at its launch in 2022? We welcome your thoughts…
