Apple has updated the Apple Watch comparison page, and it turns out that the new Series 8, SE 2 and Ultra models support Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.

Earlier this month, Apple introduced the Apple Watch Series 8 and SE2 smartwatches, along with the iPhone 14 series. On the Apple Watch comparison page, users can compare new and previous Apple Watch models. Apple Watch Ultra, Series 8, Watch SE 2, and when announced, all three models were stated to support Bluetooth 5.0, but it turned out to offer Bluetooth 5.3 support. This information emerged when Apple updated the Apple Watch benchmark page.
LE Audio feature expected
However, Apple’s website still says in some places that the Watch Series 8 and other models support Bluetooth 5.0. Meanwhile, iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro series, AirPods Pro 2nd generation also support the latest Bluetooth technology. Bluetooth 5.3 is known to include several enhancements to Bluetooth-enabled products, such as the LE Audio feature, that have the potential to improve security, energy efficiency, and user experience. However, this feature is not available in Apple’s newest products; available via software update.
