First Trailer of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Has Arrived

One of the most talked about movies of the past years was “Sonic the Hedgehog”, prepared for the iconic game character Sonic. The movie, which had to be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic and where work was done all over again due to Sonic’s design, had a gross of 319.7 million dollars when it was released in May 2020. The film crew, pleased with the interest shown, also announced that the sequel to Sonic the Hedgehog would come.

Paramount Pictures has officially released the first trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 2. The trailer gives us a glimpse of what we’ll encounter in Sonic the Hedgehog’s second movie.

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 will be released in 2022

Jeff Fowler, who played the role of director in the first movie, is also sitting in the director’s chair of Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Writers Pat Casey, Josh Miller, and John Whittington don’t enter a whole new world in the second movie. So much so that a scenario has been created to be the continuation of the first movie. Moreover, moviegoers will encounter Miles “Tails” Prower, known as the second lead role of the Sonic universe, in the second movie.
