We knew that Chris Hemsworth, who we know for his role as Thor in Marvel movies and even the fourth Thor movie will be released soon, has been making a movie with Netflix for a while. Every summer, Netflix likes to release movies that people can describe as ‘snacks’.
Although we call these films ‘snacks’, they are actually quality films with both their budgets and their cast. Netflix’s Spiderhead movie starring Chris Hemsworth is one of them, and the first trailer of the movie has also been released.
Spiderhead, about an experimental prison, will be released June 17
Spiderhead, based on George Saunders’ 2010 New Yorker short story, will be directed by Tron: Legacy Joseph Kosinski, the director known for his Oblivion movies, will sit down. In the movie, alongside Chris Hemsworth, famous actors Miles Teller and Jurnee Smollett will act as two inmates in the aforementioned prison.
In this first trailer, it looks like the movie will have a black comedy feel. Hemsworth in particular acts like he has manic personality disorder and even jokes that he’s just as handsome as himself.
