As the release date of Nvidia RTX 40 series graphics cards approaches, new leaks do not stop. After the high-end models of the series, now the 3DMark Time Extreme scores of the mid-range RTX 4060 Ti and RTX 4060 have emerged.

RTX 4060 Ti outperforms 3080

Sharing the scores of both graphics cards on the benchmarking platform, QbitLeaks reported that the RTX 4060 Ti model reached 8600 points, which we can say higher than the RTX 3080, at 2600 MHz and 270 to 280W TDP. RTX 4060, which works in the TDP range of 230 to 240W according to the user, scores 6000 points at 2700 MHz and above.

According to previous leaks, the RTX 4060 Ti model is expected to be powered by the AD104-180-A1 chip and house 6144 CUDA cores, 10GB of GDDR6 memory at 17.5Gbps speeds. Thus, the new graphics card will appear with a similar core count and 2GB higher memory capacity with the RTX 3070 Ti. The RTX 4060, which will be powered by the AD106-300 chip compared to the top model, will have 8GB of GDDR6 memory at 17 Gbps, 128-bit bus and 3968 FP32 unit.
