Fire Emblem Heroes game hits $1 billion in revenue

Nintendo, which has a slightly less presence on the mobile side as it focuses on its own console ecosystem, continues to earn a stable income for many years. The first game of the company to exceed 1 billion dollars was Fire Emblem Heroes.

Dr. Nintendo, which closed the servers of the Mario World game, has 5 important games on the mobile side: Fire Emblem Heroes, Super Mario Run, Dragalia Lost, Animal Crossing and Mario Kart Tour.

Nintendo’s mobile adventure is calculated on the basis of the first quarter of 2017, as the first game Miitomo was closed in 2018 after two years. Fire Emblem Heroes was released during this period and almost 5 years have passed.

Mobile games account for one-tenth of Nintendo’s quarterly revenues. Nintendo is expected to continue this strategy in the coming period, as revenue is generally generated from in-game sales.
