HMD Global, which holds the license rights of Nokia, announced two new phones at an event it organized. As you can imagine, the new Nokia branded phones have buttons and “primitive” features. HMD Global’s work towards the 90s never ends.
The phones announced today are called “Nokia 130” and “Nokia 150”. Both have a special place for HMD Global, among the devices with a button structure. Because the company released the 150, which it launched in 2016, in 2020, with minor changes, and re-sold it. Today we see the Nokia 150 once again. A similar situation was experienced for the Nokia 130 in 2014 and 2017.
Introducing the Nokia 130
Nokia 130 is equipped with a 2.4-inch QVGA display. The keypad phone has 4 MB of RAM and 4 MB of internal storage. We’re not kidding… However, users will be able to insert a microSD card up to 32 GB into this phone. The battery of the phone, which offers up to 20 hours of uninterrupted talk and 30 days of standby time, is announced as 1450 mAh. Equipped with features such as FM radio and MP3 player, the phone does not have a camera. If you are considering going into the military, you can choose the Nokia 130.
This is what the Nokia 150 looks like
The Nokia 150 is more advanced than the Nokia 130. Again, we see the 2.4-inch screen on this phone. The RAM and storage information of the phone, which has a small battery with a capacity of 1450 mAh like its brother, was not shared. It should also be noted that the Nokia 150 has a VGA camera with a resolution of 0.3 MP. Of course, features such as FM and MP3 player are also available on this phone.
