The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt received a new generation update in the past months. While the game has many innovations with this update, it also added different options to the graphics settings. However, the producer company CDPR had an optimization problem and many players could not experience the game comfortably. After that, the company apologized and announced that they had reached the end of their optimization patch for the next generation update.
Making a statement on his personal Twitter account, CDPR Communications Manager Marcin Momot replied to a user’s question about the update:
“We are quietly working on this update for The Withcer 3 next-gen update and it looks like we are in the final stages. There’s not much time left for him to come out. We will share more information as we can in the future! By the way, we really appreciate your patience!”

In addition, the company stated that physical sales of the next generation updated version of The Witcher 3 will begin on January 26. Accordingly, it would not be wrong to think that the new patch will be released earlier than January 26. With The Witcher 3 new generation update, 4K resolution, Ray-Tracing and DLSS features were added to the game, while new content and a new gameplay style came. In addition, the update, which was released for free, managed to please the players in terms of content.
