Investment management giant Fidelity will allow its clients to invest in Bitcoin through their retirement savings.
Fidelity Investments, one of the leading investment management companies, made a statement on Tuesday. In the statement, he said they plan to allow investors to add a Bitcoin account to their retirement savings (401(k) accounts) if employers allow it.
The company, which manages $4.2 trillion in assets, is expected to launch this service this summer.
The move represents Fidelity’s latest step in the crypto space. The company is among the global financial institutions to step into the crypto space.
