Xiaomi is preparing to launch a new smart watch. The first images of the device, which will be released under the name Watch 2 Pro, recently appeared on the internet. Now, detailed technical specifications of the new model have been shared and new press images have been published.
According to the source, Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 processor. This platform will be accompanied by 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. We will see a 1.43 inch AMOLED screen on the smart watch with a resolution of 466 × 466 pixels and a pixel density of 326 ppi.
MIUI versions in the interface
It is said that the device will come with a 500 mAh battery that offers up to 72 hours of usage time. There will also be a version with LTE support. One of the most important details revealed in the leak is that the smart watch will work with the WearOS-based MIUI interface.
Other clear features of Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro can be listed as 5 ATM water resistance, rotating crown, Gorilla Glass protection and stainless steel case. The information conveyed is that the smart watch will be offered with both leather and rubber strap options.
The device will also support 150 sports modes, ECG function, heart rate monitor, sleep tracking and body temperature monitoring. The Chinese company has not announced a launch date yet. However, the smart watch can be introduced on September 26 together with Xiaomi 13T series smartphones.
