Work continues on the Black Shark 5 series of game-oriented smartphones. It seems likely that Black Shark 5 and Black Shark 5 Pro will be included in the series. The standard model has recently surfaced on China’s MIIT certification site with the model number KTUS-A0. A Chinese source of leaks has announced some important features that will be included in the Black Shark 5 series phones. At this point, many features of the device emerged.
Black Shark 5 features
According to leaks, Black Shark 5 comes with a Samsung E4 AMOLED display that offers 1080p resolution. In addition, it promises 120Hz refresh rate and 720Hz touch sampling rate. The source has not yet made a statement about the screen size of the smartphone.
The device comes with a battery capacity of 4,600 mAh and carries 120W fast charging support. It is powered by the Snapdragon 888 Plus processor.
Black Shark 4S Pro, which was released in October last year, came with a 6. 67-inch AMOLED E4 FHD + 144Hz display. On the processor side, there was Snapdragon 888+. It had a 4,500 mAh battery as its battery capacity, while it had 120W fast charging support. When we look at it, it seems that Black Shark 5 takes some of its features from the Black Shark 4S Pro.
Black Shark 5 Pro features
When we came to the Black Shark 5 Pro side, it was expected that the device would be released with a 6.8 inch AMOLED QHD + screen and 144 Hz refresh rate. While getting its power from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, it has a battery capacity of 5,000 mAh. At this point, it is possible to come with 120W fast charging to charge.
It is expected that both devices will work on the Android 12-based JOYUI user interface. The camera information of the two models has not been disclosed yet. The Black Shark 4 and Pro models were announced in March last year. At this point, the Black Shark 5 series is likely to go official in March 2022.
