Features and price of Intel Raptor Lake Refresh processors leaked

Technology giant Intel is preparing to respond to AMD Ryzen 7000X3D processors with the upcoming 14th Generation Raptor Lake Refresh processors. In this context, there have been many leaks about new processors to date. Today, the price and all technical features of Raptor Lake Refresh processors have been revealed. So what will both unlocked non-K and unlocked K-series CPUs offer? Here are the prices and features of Raptor Lake Refresh processors

For those who don’t know, Intel Raptor Lake Refresh will bring minor optimizations to existing 13th Generation Raptor Lake processors, exactly as its name suggests. In addition, it will continue to use Intel 7 processing nodes and will be compatible with existing LGA 1700/1800 motherboards. Here are the innovations in architecture:

• Same architecture as Raptor Lake (Raptor Cove P-Cores + Gracemont E-Cores)
• Same Process node as Raptor Lake (Intel 7 aka 10nm++)
• Higher clock speeds beyond 6.0 GHz
• Support for higher DDR5 memory DIMMs
• Higher power consumption (Near 300W)
• Compatibility with existing LGA 1700/1800 socket motherboards

Introducing Intel Raptor Lake Refresh processors

If we start with the best Core i9 series, Intel has five models on the list. These will be Core i9-14900K, Core i9-14900KF, Core i9-14900F, Core i9-14900T and Core i9-14900. At this point, processors that maintain the same core configuration as Raptor Lake will have 35-125W TDP, up to 36 MB L3 cache and DDR5-5600 support (native).

There is a significant change in clock speeds. At this point, it is stated that the Core i9-14900K will reach speeds of 6.0 GHz. Other models will appear at 5.8GHz speeds.

As for the 14th Generation Core i7 series, this series includes five models: Core i7-14700K, Core i7-14700KF, Core i7-14700, Core i7-14700F and Core i7-14700T. 14th Generation Core i7 processors will come with a 12 + 8 core configuration compared to the Raptor Lake series. In addition, it will offer up to 33 MB L3 cache and have a TDP range of 35-125W.

In the Core i5 series, two different configurations are preferred, both at the lower and upper levels. Among these, Core i5-14600K and Core i5-14500 come in a 6 + 8-core structure, while the i5-14400 series will be offered in a 6 + 4 and the i5-14100 series will be offered in a 4-core configuration.

There are three models under the 14th Generation Core i3 series, including Core i3-14100, Core i3-14100F and Core i3-14100T. These chips have 12MB L3 cache and TDPs ranging from 60W, 58W, and 35W. It will also only use the H0 die with a 4 Performance-Core design and support up to DDR5-4800 (natively).
