A few hours are left before Apple introduces the long-awaited mixed reality glasses. Ahead of WWDC 2023, most information about the headset’s hardware has been revealed, including its external and internal sensors, processor details.Apple Reality Pro expected features
The Apple Reality Pro VR headset will have a home button on the left and a Digital Crown-like button on the right. As previously rumored, it will feature the first display to use an OLED panel. Inside and out, there will be a variety of cameras and sensors, including four CV cameras, two RGB cameras, along with two low-light infrared illuminators. There will be TrueDepth camera for authentication. It will have a system on two chips. Alongside the USB-C connector will be a small battery connected by cable.
Other features of the Apple VR headset include; compass, magnetometer, ambient light sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, WiFi, Bluetooth 5, ULLA, built-in stereo speakers, four microphones counting.
Apple Reality Pro may be cheaper than expected
The first rumors about the price of the Apple Reality Pro or Reality One VR headset appeared in 2021, and since then we have seen reports from all reputable organizations that it will be $ 3000. However, prior to WWDC, rumors surfaced that the starting price of the title would be $2000. Meanwhile, it is said that Apple is not targeting the general consumer, but is a title developed for developers, content producers and professionals.
