DWF Labs, a leading Bitcoin and altcoin asset investment firm, has announced a strategic multimillion-dollar investment in ARPA Network, a secure decentralized blockchain network. The investment will be used to further develop ARPA’s cryptography and Blockchain research and development capabilities, connect with DWF’s portfolio projects, and promote wider application of signature schemes in the Blockchain industry. Here are the details…

New altcoin investment from DWF Labs

ARPA Network’s threshold BLS signature network provides a reliable infrastructure for verifiable random number generators (RNGs), secure wallets, cross-chain bridges, and decentralized storage across multiple blockchains. With investment from DWF Labs, ARPA Network is poised to accelerate the development of innovative applications built on its infrastructure, including gaming, lottery, NFT mint, whitelisting, key generation and Blockchain validator assignment solutions. Felix Xu, co-founder of ARPA Network, expressed his excitement for the partnership, saying:

We are thrilled to have DWF Labs as our partner in our journey to democratize secure computing. While the investment will help accelerate our R&D efforts, DWF’s extensive experience and resources in the crypto asset market will undoubtedly increase our growth and enable us to develop more groundbreaking solutions for the Blockchain ecosystem.

The partnership between DWF Labs and ARPA Network will provide ARPA Network with the additional resources and support needed to continue its rapid growth and development, expand its marketing efforts, raise its brand profile, and engage with an even more diverse audience across multiple industries. ARPA Network was previously known as ARPA Chain, a privacy-preserving multi-party computing (MPC) network established in 2018. The ARPA mainnet has completed more than 224,000 computational tasks in the past years. ARPA’s experience in MPC and other areas of cryptography laid the foundation for innovative threshold BLS signature schemes (TSS-BLS) system design and led to the ARPA Network today.

ARPA is also used as infrastructure

Randcast, a verifiable random number generator, is the first application to use ARPA as infrastructure. Randcast offers a random source with superior security and low cost compared to other solutions. Metaverse, gaming, sweepstakes, NFT minting and whitelisting, key generation and Blockchain validator assignment can all benefit from Randcast’s tamper-proof randomness.

With this investment, ARPA Network is well positioned to take itself to the next level and take advantage of the numerous opportunities before it. The collaboration between DWF Labs and ARPA Network is set to transform the blockchain landscape and set new standards of privacy and security.
