Meta introduced the new streaming tab that users logging in from mobile devices will notice. The new tab allows users to filter posts from people, groups, and pages they follow, and the content is displayed chronologically. Users can also create a favorites list to add the people they care about the most.
Facebook tests being able to create five profiles with one account
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg said, “Today we are introducing a feed tab where you can see individual posts from your friends, groups, pages and more in chronological order. Flow will give you a way to further customize and control your experience.” says.
Content will be displayed in chronological order
Meta recently rolled out a similar feature for Instagram. In the photo sharing application, users can change their streams to see only content from accounts they follow or favorites, or both, in chronological order. Now this feature is on Facebook.
Currently in testing phase
According to Meta’s statement, the new streaming tab is currently available to select Android phone/iPhone users, it will be rolled out to everyone next week.
Meta states that the navbar may change depending on what the user is dealing with most, but they can customize the navbars if they want to pin shortcuts for easy access. This feature will be available on both platforms.
