AMD has yet to fill the Radeon 7000 series graphics card family as much as its rival, but two new options will enter the market in the coming months: Radeon RX 7700 and Radeon RX 7800. Cards designed for the mid-range will be based on AMD’s existing RDNA 3 architecture. It is stated that Radeon RX 7700 and Radeon RX 7800 cards will be released in September. We can expect performance and other information to emerge as the cards’ release date approaches. It seems that this process has also started a short time ago. Because the 3DMark Time Spy test of both cards has been leaked.

According to Time Spy performance test results, Radeon RX 7800 outperforms GeForce RTX 4070 by about 5 percent. Similarly, the Radeon RX 7700 manages to beat the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti by a huge 15 percent margin. While the synthetic performance test may seem tempting, in fact, they do not directly reflect daily use and real gaming performance. However, the RX 7700 and RX 7800 are expected to be between $400 and $600.

The question may arise in mind why AMD’s new cards are delayed so much. The most likely reason for this seems to be that companies want to melt their inventories in the current market conditions. Radeon RX 6000 series is now down to AMD’s desired levels worldwide in terms of stock.
