Apple’s next iPhone Pro lineup could include significant upgrades, including a 12-megapixel periscope lens. Technology analyst Jeff Pu talked about the iPhone 15 Pro Max features.

Pro distinction will continue

According to Pu, Apple will not disrupt the order in 2023 iPhones; We will see four models with the same screen size, the 6.1-inch iPhone 15 and 15 Pro, the 6.7-inch iPhone 15 Plus and 15 Pro Max. However, especially Pro models are expected to have a titanium case, a volume and power button that gives touch feedback. In addition, the 6GB RAM on the iPhone 14 Pro models is expected to increase to 8GB. These iPhone 15 Pro features were previously reported by other sources such as ShrimApplePro and analyst Ming Chi Kuo.

iPhones are moving to USB-C

Apple seems to continue the processor separation in the iPhone 15 series as well. The iPhone 15 Pro models are expected to come with the A17 Bionic chip, which goes through TSMC’s 3nm production process, while the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus are expected to come with the A16 Bionic chip. With the flat iPhone 15, the big-screen 15 Plus model could come with 6GB of RAM. With the iPhone 15 series, which is said to use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X70 modem, Apple’s phones are also expected to switch to USB-C.

Periscope camera could be exclusive to iPhone 15 Pro Max

The expected periscope lens on the camera side is finally being added to iPhones. The model in which periscope technology will be used for more optical zoom will be the iPhone 15 Pro Max, as you can imagine. The flat iPhone 15 and the large-screen iPhone 15 Plus are expected to use a 48MP rear camera sensor.
