Counter-Strike, the FPS game series that started with the first game released in 1999, has continued its continuity until today and Counter-Strike 2 will be released soon. While there is no clear date for this and the excitement of the players is increasing, a remarkable post came from Valve.
Counter-Strike 2 release date may be quite close!
Valve first announced Counter-Strike 2 last April. Counter-Strike 2, which will be offered free of charge to all players by releasing an update for the CS: GO game, will bring important changes. The most notable of these innovations are the renewed purchasing screen, more realistic bomb effects, changing mechanics and striking physics.
Currently, a clear date for when Counter-Strike 2, which is currently in limited beta phase, will be available to all players is unknown. The summer period was indicated for this, but the post made by Valve seems to have finalized the date in question.
Valve asked “What are you doing next Wednesday?” on the official Twitter account of the Counter-Strike series, or its new name, X. He shared: This led to the thought that Counter-Strike 2 would leave the limited beta phase and be available to everyone on September 27.
Of course, the fact that the game giant shared such a post does not mean that there is a clear release date for Counter-Strike 2. Valve may also want to give players a clue about something different. Therefore, we will wait and see whether the game will actually be released on September 27.
In addition, Valve is making important changes while there is not long left for the release of Counter-Strike 2. So much so that the company made a decision that franchise leagues will be banned as of 2025. For those who don’t know, franchise is the name given to leagues in which e-sports teams participate in the tournament by paying a participation fee.
