Multiple camera details have been shared about Apple’s expected iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models so far. The camera features of the iPhone 14 series can be determined much earlier than the release date of the devices due to the supply chain. In fact, we can say that this is true for the rest of the industry.
It seems that Apple will dedicate the top features and likewise more advanced cameras to the Pro model in the new generation iPhone 14 family. iPhone 14? and ?iPhone 14? Max’s iPhone 14 Pro? and ?iPhone 14 Pro? It is expected to come with more minimal camera improvements than Max. On the other hand, it is stated that the iPhone 14 Pro and Max models will push the limits for mobile photography.

Although Apple’s iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max cameras do not make much of a difference from the models they replace, there are significant changes. Autofocus support will come on both the front camera and the wide-angle camera. Likewise, the aperture of both the front camera and the wide-angle camera will be enlarged, thereby increasing the light coming into the lenses. This means that better results can be achieved in low light conditions.

As we mentioned in previous news, Apple will only use its 48 MP resolution camera on iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max models. As a result of the increased number of mecapixels, the main camera of the iPhone 14 Pro models will have a smaller pixel size. According to the reports, the pixel size of the 48 MP sensor will be 1.22µm. There is a reduction of approximately 0.68µm in pixel size from 1.9µm on the iPhone 13 Pro and Max. The new camera is said to have a 1/1.3-inch sensor size, an increase of 21 percent compared to the previous generation. Again, 8K video recording, which I expect to be exclusive to iPhone 14 Pro models, is also expressed as an important upgrade.

Apple is expected to introduce the new iPhone 14 series as part of its event on September 7. The phones, which will be available for pre-order shortly after this event, will begin to take their place on the shelves on September 16.
