According to the new update released by Spotify for group sessions, people involved in the session will have a ‘level option’ to control the volume. Thanks to this feature, every user in the group session will be able to adjust the volume of the music. In addition, the host will be able to turn this feature on or off by tapping the “Allow others to change the sound” button.
Since the new feature will be used gradually, you may not see such an option on the device you currently have. On the other hand; The voice control feature will not be compatible with AirPlay, Car or Bluetooth devices.
