We know how valuable sleep is for our health. However, sometimes we can reduce night sleep when we have a lot of work. A new research reveals that even this small lack of sleep can cause serious consequences.
Sleepless, even 1 night compared to work, can change the immune system of people and have negative consequences. The findings were published in The Journal of Immunology.
One -night sleep lack; can lead to results for obesity, heart diseases and diabetes
Scientists from Kuwait conducted this research to try to understand the effects of sleep deprivation on the immune cells in circulation, as monocytes. The changes in the immune system in the experiments attended by 276 adults revealed this surprising results.
In the results, even one night, the lack of sleep was observed to be upset by the immune system. Even in these individuals; It was observed that the risk of obesity, diabetes and heart diseases increased.
Weak and obese subsidiarists took part in the study. In a test, weak, healthy adults experienced 24 hours of sleep deprivation and gave blood samples. These examples were compared with the examples taken after sleeping properly for a few days. In the results, it was seen that the immune profiles of individuals who were described as weak and healthy were only 1 -day sleep failure were for example for obese subsidiarists.
In short, the results underlines that even one night’s sleep is very valuable. The analysis is easy. Everyone needs to have enough night sleep. It is not possible when we think that more than one person is heavy today.
