According to an internal presentation, it is very common for a user to have more than one account among new accounts. It is stated that a study examining the last 5,000 accounts opened revealed that between 32% and 56% of these accounts were opened by users who had a Facebook account before.
In another report, it was revealed that the number of Facebook users who declared that they live in the USA and are in their 20s is much higher than the data obtained in the US census. Therefore, Facebook’s daily unique user numbers do not seem reliable. This insecurity also means that data shared with advertising customers is also insecure.
Facebook forbids people from having more than one personal account, as it calls itself a “true identity platform.” Instead, users can only have one primary account with their real name.
