Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin talked about Elon Musk’s smashing Twitter bid.
Ethereum founder Buterin was the last to speak about Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk’s bid to buy Twitter. Buterin shared a tweet on his Twitter account today. In the tweet, he said that it is okay for Musk to want to buy Twitter, but wealthy people or structures that hostile take over social media companies can cause problems. Buterin, who exemplifies the issue in foreign countries, said that when an ethically problematic country makes such a move, the event can easily turn into a bad situation.
As it is known, Elon Musk joined Twitter’s board of directors after purchasing 9.2% of shares in Twitter. He said he wouldn’t attend. Musk then made an offer to buy the entire Twitter at $54.20 per share. The proposal was met with backlash from the community, as it was well below the ATH level the company set last year.
