In a blog post by OpenAI, he states that ChatGPT Enterprise offers better security and privacy, unlimited high-speed access to GPT-4, more powerful data analytics to help companies understand information much faster, and the ability to ask more complex questions to ChatGPT.
Privacy and security was a concern for businesses, who feared that their data could be used to train ChatGPT and that using the tool could inadvertently expose sensitive customer information to AI models. OpenAI promises that ChatGPT Enterprise users will have control and ownership over their data and that this data will not be used to train GPT.
Other features such as customizing ChatGPT’s knowledge of company data and even more advanced analytics tools will be added soon. The company said that in the future, it will also offer tiered pricing options on ChatGPT Enterprise for smaller teams/companies. OpenAI also underlines that this is the first enterprise-focused product for ChatGPT and is separate from the subscription plan ChatGPT and ChatGPT Plus for faster access to ChatGPT.
