This important step pushes us towards the much anticipated launch of the Opside mainnet. As a pioneering ZK-RaaS network with the unique feature of ZKP Mining, we invite all our valued community members to actively participate in this exciting chapter of our journey.
The pre-alpha testnet marks a significant advance in Opside’s development, specifically the introduction of a hybrid PoS and PoW consensus mechanism. Both validators and miners are invited to join the pre-alpha testnet, contribute to their efforts and earn loyalty points in return. These loyalty points will be available as mainnet tokens following mainnet launch.
Moreover, Opside Layer 3 equips developers with the ability to create their own ZK-Rollups via the official rollup launchpad. Developers can also freely distribute dApps to their ZK-Rollups and turn innovative concepts into reality in just minutes!
Contributing to the Opside Pre-Alpha Testnet
General Users
After the launch of Opside’s Pre-alpha Testnet, general users will be able to experience various functions such as cross-chain transactions, transfers and dApp interactions. Completing certain missions will also earn users loyalty points! Please note that during the initial phase of the Opside Pre-alpha Testnet, only a limited number of dApps will be available for user testing. However, as testing progresses, an increasing number of dApps will be deployed and published on the testnet. We’ll also be revealing more stealth missions that users can take on, so stay tuned!

PoS Authenticator
Opside urges all node validators to participate in maintaining the security and stability of the Opside network, emphasizing the critical role each participant plays in the overall health of the network. As a decentralized system, Opside relies on the collective effort of its validators to ensure that the network remains robust against potential threats and that transactions performed on the platform are both secure and efficient.
We launched the Validator pre-registration activity on May 2, and so far we have received over 6,000 applications from users in over 50 different countries. Validator pre-application activity is still ongoing. Applicants who pass the review will be able to claim testnet tokens on the Discord channel and set up nodes as soon as the Pre-alpha testnet goes live.

PoW Miners
Opside invites all miners to join the Opside ecosystem and provide computing power to generate ZKP (Zero-Knowledge Proof) for transactions in ZK-Rollup. This highlights the importance of a collective effort to advance the performance and security of the Opside network, particularly in the area of scalable, efficient and privacy-preserving operations.
During the pre-alpha testnet phase, Opside will first test using CPU Mining and then roll out GPU Mining in the next alpha testnet phase. It should be noted that PoW CPU Mining will begin public testing approximately two weeks after the Pre-Alpha testnet launch. Details will be determined according to official announcements.
We launched the PoW Miner pre-registration event on May 9 and the event is still ongoing. We invite all miners and mining pools to join Opside, contribute their computing power and earn loyalty points in return.

Loyalty Points
The Pre-alpha Testnet marks the public debut of Opside’s comprehensive three-tier network architecture and is an event that covers a broad spectrum of tests covering all roles in the ecosystem.
Every participant in the Pre-Alpha Testnet will be rewarded in the form of loyalty points for their contribution to the testnet, regardless of their specific role in the ecosystem. Participants will be able to easily follow their real-time rankings on the Leaderboard and create a friendly competitive environment by sharing and comparing their rankings with their peers.
Also, every loyalty point earned at this stage is valuable for the future – these points will be eligible to be converted into Mainnet Tokens upon successful launch of Opside Mainnet.
