Tesla shared a new video showing that Tesla Bots have a chassis ready for production. Robots can now slowly walk forward without staggering. It can also do other small tasks like lifting things and recognizing objects. Elon Musk said at the shareholder meeting that the video was shot just the night before.

Designed as a humanoid robot, Tesla Bot was first introduced at Tesla’s AI Day event last year. Back then, we only saw the deconstructed version of the robot, which could barely walk forward, and it was not capable of doing any manual work. When it was first introduced, it had to be held by a booth and could only wave at the audience. Now he can move independently, albeit a little slowly.

The video highlights some updates specific to the Tesla Bot project. Among them; There are features such as motor torque control, environment exploration and memory, artificial intelligence training from human-imprinted movements and manipulating objects. When we look at the video, we see that Tesla Bot takes the objects in the container and puts them in the other container. At the same time, we can see that the artificial intelligence of the bot is trained with human-imprinted movements.

After nearly seven months, we understand that Tesla is on its way to transforming its robot into a product. It looks pretty far ahead of when it was first shown. The company is expected to start Tesla Bot production after delivering its long-awaited Cybertrucks.
