With the spread of cryptocurrency investment, a livelihood was opened for fraudsters. To date, countless scammers have been involved in cryptocurrency scams using the names of famous names like Elon Musk. We even saw people who fell for them and lost all their savings. Elon Musk responded to someone trying to scam people using his name.

Elon Musk’s answer to the cryptocurrency scam: “Hahaha”

Elon Musk is one of the first names that come to mind when it comes to crypto money. The fame of the famous entrepreneur with cryptocurrencies has spread so much that there are those who think that Elon Musk invented cryptocurrencies. Although there are theories about it, ultimately, Elon Musk is not the creator of crypto money technology. There are hundreds of scammers on Twitter using the billionaire entrepreneur’s name to give people free Bitcoin. The worst part is that Twitter is giving blue ticks to these accounts.

The following reply came from the real Elon Musk to the tweet of the scammer, who has a blue preppy and writes his name like Elon Musk with a different character:

The share made by the scammer directs you to a site and it is said that you can earn free BTC on the opened site. For this, you are first asked which crypto money you want, then you are given a crypto money wallet and you are asked to send crypto money there. At this point, the scammer accepts payments between 0.1 BTC and 40 BTC and says that twice the amount you deposit will be reflected in your account. Of course this is a lie.

We have also seen scammers using the same tactic using the name of Elon Musk before. But not getting scammed is simpler than being scammed. When it comes to your money, always think healthy and don’t believe the people on platforms like Twitter who tell you that they will double your money.
