Under the leadership of Elon Musk, Tesla is on a very successful path commercially compared to its competitors. Tesla’s CEO has managed to enter the agenda again by confirming a rather exaggerated view about the humanoid robot Optimus, which was recently introduced by the company.

The undoubted star of Tesla’s AI Day 2022 event, which was held a while ago, was the humanoid robot Optimus. The robot, which is bipedal and similar to human physiology, was able to perform simple tasks at the event, but some stated that the robot was a failure. These criticisms aside, according to Tesla’s goals, the Optimus will be on sale in 3 to 5 years at a price of about $ 20,000.

Musk confirms the idea that Optimus will make $ 40 trillion

An account on Twitter called @Gfliche revealed that Teslabot (the likely final model of Optimus) could bring in $40 trillion to the company with a highly exaggerated account. Elon Musk, on the other hand, drew all the focus on him by writing “good analysis” under this tweet.

An impossible guess

Can it be applied on the basis of the exaggerated analysis that Elon Musk has endorsed? The answer is simple: Impossible. Only 7 percent of the world’s population is considered high-income status. Those earning $18,250 per year can enter this high-income category. Therefore, it does not seem possible for Optimus, whose sales price is said to be $20,000, to generate such a large income. But that doesn’t mean Optimus will fail. Tesla does not yet have a real competitor, especially the Boston Dynamics Atlas robot, which does not advance in a commercial area. Therefore, if the targeted product can be put forward, the probability of success is high.
