The world’s most popular microblogging platform, X (formerly known as Twitter), seems to host major innovations in the near future. A new feature detected by independent developers in their application codes reveals that brand new subscription layers will come to the platform. From now on, users will see 3 packages within the X Premium subscription package. So what differences will the new subscription packages have?

According to the codes examined by independent developer Aaron, X’s new subscription packages will be named “Premium Basic”, “Premium Standard” and “Premium Plus”. These packages will essentially enable you to use all the features of X Premium. But there will be an important difference. New subscription packages will allow the user to get rid of ads on the platform.

X will be available without a single ad!

The main difference between X’s new subscription packages will be related to advertising. Users will be able to use X without seeing a single ad from now on, if they wish. Prices will also likely vary based on user preference. However, there is no information available on this subject. We will have to wait a while longer for new package prices.

The advertising preferences of X’s new subscription packages will be as follows:

  • Premium Basic: Ads will be displayed at normal level.
  • Premium Standard: Fewer ads will be shown than normal.
  • Premium Plus: The user will not see ads.

It is currently unknown when X’s new subscription packages will be available. Elon Musk and X officials have not made a statement about this at the moment.
