Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla and SpaceX companies, is still planning to build huge facilities for both companies. Musk included one of these plans in his post in 2021, and said that he would establish a city called Starbase in the US state of Texas.
This city plan of Musk would be located in Boca Chica Village on the shore of the Gulf of Mexico. While the fate of the project is not yet known, the Wall Street Journal revealed a new plan this time. Musk again came up with a different city plan to be established in Texas.
Elon Musk’s second city plan: Snailbrook Town!
Elon Musk’s city plan, which will create a new district called Snailbrook, will be located close to the Tesla facility Gigafactory Texas, whose construction was just completed in 2022. However, the location where the facility will be established will also be close to the warehouses of The Boring Company and SpaceX.
According to information reported by The Wall Street Journal, Musk has already purchased farmland in the region. He also had interesting partners in the design and construction of the city. Known for his anti-Semitism these days, Kanye West, West’s architectural designer and his ex-girlfriend, Grimes, worked with Musk on the city’s design.
110 houses are planned to be built in Musk’s city:

So will Snailbrook be officially declared a town?
If only one person in 110 households would live, this area would not officially be a town. However, if there are at least 201 residents in the area, an application can be filed to declare the area a town under Texas law. As The Wall Street has learned, there is no application yet on this subject.

The city that Elon Musk has secretly planned in Texas is already under construction. Moreover, even now, there are modular houses, pool, sports fields and gym in the area. There is no information yet on when the city will be completed.
On the other hand, the people of the region, who lost their agricultural lands, state that their lives were destroyed by Elon Musk’s companies and that the water quality of the Colorado River will decrease.
