Elon Musk has made many changes on Twitter since the day he bought it and made the platform his toy. The famous billionaire recently changed Twitter’s iconic logo and name to “X” after 17 years.

Now, Musk has come up with a data he shared, not a change he made on the platform. The 52-year-old entrepreneur shared the number of monthly users of Twitter, with its new name X.

Elon Musk announced that the number of monthly users of the platform is 541 million 562 thousand 214 by sharing a data. He also added in his statement that this number is the record of 2023 in the number of monthly users.

Musk said that the data is from Thursday; that means it’s up to date. Finally, he added that the number came after the “removal of quite a large number of bots” on the platforms. As it is known, the billionaire businessman has been saying that bots on Twitter wanted to remove it since he arrived.

The data shared by Musk came after Meta’s Twitter rival application Threads announced that there was a serious decrease in the number of users. Mark Zuckerberg announced a few hours ago that more than 50% of Threads’ users were lost.
