Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has officially announced that Tesla will introduce the Optimus humanoid robot by September 30 this year.

, was originally scheduled to take place on August 19th. At the event, Musk wanted to showcase the company’s achievements in artificial intelligence. However, the event has apparently been postponed to September 30 for a full-fledged demonstration of the humanoid robot Optimus.
According to Elon Musk, the robot, which has a height of 173 cm and a weight of about 57 kg, will be able to lift loads up to 68 kg. As Musk has planned, Optimus will solve the global labor shortage problem and be able to move materials at the Tesla factory in the short term.
